JHA SO3 training is in compliance with DOLE Department Order 198 series of 2018, the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the OSH Law Republic Act No. 11058.

Safety Officer 3 must complete 40-hr advanced OSH and 8-hr specialized OSH training, a total of 48 hours. 40 hours BOSH and or COSH are not considered advanced or specialized.
