This feedback is for GHL Systems, the company. We signed a contract for 24 months auto debiting payment from our bank account. 36 months later, they are still deducting payment from us without our knowing. When we complained, their accounting tells us that the contract has auto renewal??? What do you call a company - Who does not properly inform they have auto renewal clause? Who does not make it clear written and included on the same part in the 24 months duration that they will auto renew the service together with auto debit in your account? Who continues to debit your account without sending receipts? Who does not provide information that terminal needs to be pulled out for termination to take effect? Very poor. Lacked transparency and integrity.
