It is rich in LAURIC ACID, a type of MEDIUM CHAIN FATTY ACIDS which is found in mother's milk.
Studies have shown that it raises metabolic functions rapidly producing energy and ketones. Thus it reduces abdominal fat. This has also shown beneficial effects against Alzheimer’s Disease.
