BOOKING PROCESS
STEP ONE: Inquiry, this is the first step, request for quotation, review the flight, hotel, inclusions and other details about the package . If this package quotation is to your liking please send us a message so we can make necessary reservations and arrangements. Please note that no reservations has been made yet in this step. Prices are still subject to change.

STEP TWO: Reservation, once you called us and inform us that you will avail the package, our agents will book your Airline tickets and send booking reservation to your hotel. Airline tickets can be reserve up to 2 hours depending on the Airline company and Hotel booking can be reserved up to 24 hours.

PLEASE SEND US COMPLETE NAMES OF THE PARTICIPANTS, NAMES SHOULD BE THE SAME ON THE ID THAT YOU WILL BRING [DO NOT FORGET TO BRING A VALID ID][SEE ATTACHED FILE AND FILL UP NEEDED INFORMATION, FILE NAME: EMERGENCY CONTACT]

STEP THREE: Payment, please see details below for modes of payment

STEP FOUR: Travel Confirmation, once payment is RECEIVED and CONFIRMED, we will send the following: ETICKET if airfare is included, HOTEL VOUCHER, TRANSFER VOUCHER. Files are in jpeg and pdf format. Please print all Vouchers to be presented to Airline, Hotel and Transfer Company. All vouchers will be sent via EMAIL.
