The engine hood or engine bonnet for the 488 Spider is fully engineered, designed and manufactured by CAPRISTO. Made of 90% Carbon Fiber and 10% Glass, the hood is manufactured in true German draftsmanship, and living up to the CAPRISTO "savoir-faire".

Capristo's new engine cover for the 488 Spider features a carbon fiber frame and a plexiglass window, allowing 488 Spider owners to show off the car?s twin-turbo V8 to passersby.
