Leadership Skills for Supervisors (LSFS) puts together key hard and soft skills in order to have a good balance in your leadership undertaking. As supervisors, the importance of developing your leadership competencies cannot be overstated. The learning session begins with knowing yourself and connecting with others through 4 foundations of supervisory leadership: self awareness, developing interpersonal relationships, delegation and team play.

This learning session will help you internalize these 4 foundations, and allow you to make significant adjustments in your leadership choices towards a more fruitful performance.
