Product Introduction
Air oil cooler as an accessories of hydraulic system, controlling the temperature of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, mechanical oil to a properer range that is not to affect the oils’ properties, ensures the normal operation of the entire system. Air cooler is a relatively simple product, which consists of a radiator, fan and housing. Radiator is the core of the oil cooler. COXIN is one of reliable air oil cooler manufactures, our radiator is made of high-strength of alloy aluminum through a vacuum brazing furnace, the internal structure is inner fin and outter fin, the more fins, the more material used, which means the cooling effect is better. After forming the product, for each radiator, we will do the air tightness testing, water pressure testing and strength testing to make sure excellent product quality. Regarding the fans, we use ball bearings types with high-speed for durability. COXIN air oil cooler have kinds of series, to meet various system requirements.
