- Fluent in both English and Tagalog

Responsibilities:
A. Answer telephone queries both through text messaging and voice calls generated from the marketing efforts of CLIENT.
B. Write to and answer emails from prospect long- and short-term renters and those who respond to CLIENT’s advertisements.
C. Attend to phone calls from potential tenants and customers of CLIENT.
D. Record the information generated from the inquiries and submit a regular weekly report to the CLIENT
Offer CLIENT’s services and properties for rent or sale to prospect clients
NB: For full-time: site or office reporting once or twice a month; mandatory participation in all corporate activities; must be available to attend inquiries from 9am to 10PM.
