• Willing to work fixed night shift (8pm to 5am / 9pm to 6am / 10pm to 7am) and Philippine holidays
• Weekends Off
• Salary package is 18k to 21k depending on experience (package includes 3k non-taxable allowance and 20% night differential)
• Role will conduct outbound calls to payers or insurance companies to obtain claims status through payer’s interactive voice response system (IVR) / Web Portal or talk to a live representative
