The resort is situated in Coral Shores Subdivision just 3 or 4 minutes of walk to the white sand beach, 2 minutes drive from PLAYA CALATAGAN and 10 minutes drive to Calatagan town which has a large market, small supermarket, and many shops and stores including restaurants.
The property was built as a guest house and resort and is licensed as such, the maximum number of guests for overnight sleeping accommodation is 40 (on completion of renovation) but including 'extras' 50 guests can be easily accommodated overnight.
Most of the property is almost new; and renovation to improve and enlarge the property is ongoing and should be completed by mid. August 2018.
The reason for selling is that the owners are senior citizens and the owner has chronic arthritis, and can no longer deal with the ever increasing flow of guests.
