RENTAL RATES – SHORT TERM

Php 2,500- per day if ONLY for 1 day
Php 2,000- per day if for 2 to 3 days
Php 1,800- per day if for 4 to 6 days
Php 1,600- per day if for 7 days (Total of Php 11,200-)
Php 1,500- per day if for 8 to 14 days

>> Electricity, water and cable TV subscription is already included in rental fee

>> Electricity is subject to limitation to avoid excessive or over usage (Already included in the ABOVE rental fee is Php 300- as the daily allocated charge for electricity and water, meter reading shall be made, excess usage will be an additional charge). This means that part of the above rental rates already includes a daily allocated amount for electricity and water charges. The allocated amount is good for 12 hours aircon use, minimal cooking/food heating and hot water shower use.

>> Internet/Wifi is an additional charge (we are using Globe at home Prepaid LTE wifi)

>> Cable TV subscription and Condo dues are already included in the above rental fee

>> Refundable security deposit shall be Php 5,000-

>> Swimming pool use is an additional charge

>> Maximum of 3 persons (3rd person is FREE provided he/she agrees to sleep in the sofa bed)

>> 4th person is an additional charge of Php 300- per day



RENTAL RATES – MONTHLY / LONG TERM

Php 22,500- per 30 days if for 1 month (at Php 750-/day)

Php 21,500- per 30 days if for 2 months (at Php 717-/day)

Php 20,000- per 30 days if for 3 months or more (at Php 667- per day)

Php 19,000- per 30 days if for 4 months (120 days) or more (at Php 634- per day)


>> Maximum of 3 persons (3rd person is FREE provided he/she agrees to sleep in the sofa bed)

>> 4th person is an additional charge of Php 300- per day

>> Electricity and water are additional charges based on meter reading

>> Electricity and water charges shall be paid to us (for rental periods of 30 days to 90 days). Meter reading shall be done to compute actual consumption. We shall collect payments from you every 30 days.

>> Electricity and water charges for those renting 4 months (120 days) or more, shall be paid by tenant/guest DIRECTLY to the MERALCO (FOR ELECTRICITY) and to the condo admin (FOR WATER CHARGES)

>> Cable TV subscription and condo dues are already included in the rental fee

>> Internet/Wifi is an additional charge (we are using Globe at home Prepaid LTE wifi)

>> Swimming pool use is FREE of charge (maximum of 2 persons), excess is an additional charge

>> Refundable security deposit shall be Php 10,000- for every 30 day rental period (for those renting 30 to 90 days). If you rent for 30 days, security deposit is Php 10,000-, if you rent for 60 days, security deposit is Php 20,000- (Php 10,000- for every 30 day period)

>> Refundable security deposit shall be equivalent to TWO (2) months rental for those renting 120 days or more (4 months and above)

>> Advance rental fee – For those renting 4 months (120 days) or more, payment of ONE (1) month advance rental fee is required plus TWO (2) months refundable security deposit

>> Refrigerator (5 cubic ft)
>> Plates, spoon, fork, table knife, tea spoon, can opener, place/table mat
>> Cup and saucer, bowl, serving spoon

Terms and conditions

>> Cash payment for short term (Daily, weekly rentals)

>> Cash payment for monthly rentals of one (1) to three months (30 to 90 days)

>> Cash payments in Philippine currency only

>> Post dated checks required for rental terms of 4 month (120 days) or more

>> 3 persons allowed (3rd person is FREE provided that he/she agrees to use the sofa bed)

>> 4th person is an additional charge per day

>> 2 adults and 2 children is allowed (child is free provided they are 10 years old or less)

>> Five (5) or more persons are NOT allowed

>> Parties and pets not allowed

>> No smoking inside the condo and in the balcony area

>> No smoking in common areas

>> Smoking inside the condo unit will be charged Php 3,000- per incident or per day as extra cleaning fee. An additional amount may also be charged by the building/condo admin

>> Smoking is allowed ONLY in designated areas outside the condo

>> Pay parking is available. Php 35- day parking (up to 11 pm) and Php 150- overnight parking (11 pm to 6am). Kindly note of parking rules as unauthorized Parking will be charged Php 2,000- by the condo admin. Parking rates and rules may change without prior notice, hence, pls. inquire with the parking facility before parking your vehicle.
