-To provide Technical Support over the phone.
-Answer calls and/or respond to customer’s emails
-Manage and resolve customer complaints
-Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
-Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
-Provide product and service information to customers

Qualifications:
-Must be at least high school graduate
-Knowledgeable using computers
-Good English communication skills

-Open to work in Mandaluyong
-With one to two-year call center experience
