Team Leader For A Medical Campaign

Job Description: A full-time post that involve handling agents from a medical campaign.

Qualifications:
- At least 1?2 years experience as Team Leader in a BPO company is a must.
- Finished at least 2 years in college or graduate of any 4 year course.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with good decision making, organizational and problem solving skills as a routine part of
daily basis.
- In?depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Knowledgeable in the workaround of medical billing: handling claims and denials, calling insurance companies, processing benefits and eligibility, among others.
- Knowledgeable with policies of most insurance companies such as Medicare/Mediaid, 1199, Healthfirst, Humana, United Health Care, Emblem, Metroplus, Bluecross, etc
- Internet & computer savvy, knowledgeable in MS Office including Word, Excel, Emails, and/or similar software applications.
- In?depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Willing to work in Imus, Cavite on a graveyard shift.
