Our new Building at 2496 Ramtrirom St., Sampaloc, Manila will soon be ready for occupancy this 2018. We have airconditioned and non- aircon solo rooms which are all brand new with own toilet and bath with shower, small pantry with kitchen sink, cupboard, cabinet, book shelf and bed. All rooms are exclusively for ladies only. Room rates range from P6,500.00/month and up. These solo rooms are also good for two. Transient rates is as low as P500.00/day. This new building (OLMC Building 2) is just a stone throw away (just about a minute walk) from the National University. It is also very near the following Universities:

In line with our corporate policies and basic core values, this new building is also world-class in terms of safety. All construction materials used are non-carcinogenic and non-toxic and the building has open spaces on the entirety of both the left and right sides to ensure full and proper air circulation and ventilation. This building is built on top of a deeply embedded mat foundation that is more than a meter in thickness covering the entire lot area of the building, capable of withstanding even the forthcoming powerful earthquake, dubbed as the BIG ONE. All its walls and rooms are steel reinforced solid concrete ("buhos" without hollow blocks and no suferficial cement plastering) at no less than 3,000 psi. All columns and beams and roof deck are not only steel reinforced but also made of ready-mix concrete at not less than 4,000 psi. Hence, entirely fireproof, earthquake proof and burglar proof, as well as sound proof. So residents can study or sleep soundly even if the resident next room or next door is enjoying a karaoke sing-along with loud speakers at full blast!

As if the foregoing safety features are not enough, the building, just like OLMC I Building, is furnished with a complete and automatic fire sprinkler system and other fire protection and other safety facilities, including wide main stairs, emergency exits and stairs, fire hydrants, fire alarms, magnetic electronic gate locks, CCTVs, etc., for the full protection of all its residents and transients. The fire alarms in place are capable of pinpointing the exact location of any fire.

To ensure clean water for all its residence, the building has a pest-proof water system, water cystern and no less than three large stainless steel overhead tanks, and all water pipes used are top-of-the-line Polypropylene Random Copolymer ( PPR) Pipes which are certified non-toxic, earthquake resistant, and high pressure and high temperature resistant.

Considering that safety is the most important concern, we are located in a very friendly, peaceful and safe nei***orhood where the barangay officials are known to be honest and very helpful. More than that, a police outpost is just a few steps away!

All rooms are cable-TV-ready, landline phone and internet-ready, as well as aircon-ready, with an entirely led lighting system for economy, elegance and eye health. All rooms have their own toilet, lavatory, shower and bath, own pantry with kitchen sink and cupboard, own bed and cabinets. Likewise, all rooms have their own separate circuit breaker, own separate MERALCO electric meter, and own separate water meter.

All rooms are elegant with own windows, heavy duty doors with "Yakal" hardwood door jambs, world-class elegant floorings.
