Job Description:
• Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in on-boarding of new customers
• Engaging with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Communicating customer feedback to management
• Proactively seek opportunities to engage with new and existing customers to improve their experience with our platform
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues. Work with development and product managers to resolve and issues and relay updates back to the customer
