Job Description:
• Manage all inquiries of the call center. Duties included investigation of questions/complaints, forward issues to appropriate parties if needed
• Meeting and exceeding department productivity and quality standards. Appropriately disbursed adjustments in accordance with policy and procedure
• Providing effective and timely resolutions of a range of customer inquiries
• Responding to customer inquiries requests, resolved issues efficiently and professionally
