Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business course is accepted, banking experience preferred
• Experience managing teams
• Excellent client communication skills
• Experience of managing daily targets, process changes, and status reporting


Job Description:

• Day to day monitoring of Client Classification ****ysts and Classification Quality Review ****yst’s Performance
• Document the performance of assigned Advanced Client Classification ****ysts through a management Information report
• Coordinate and monitor the attendance of resources for governance meetings
• Understand and identify Improvements to current client procedures and processes
• Provide ad hoc training and coaching to all team members when appropriate
• Define daily KPI’s in order to monitor resource performance around handling time and quality, and track their progress against such KPI’s
• Provide and support and guidance to Client Classification ****ysts and Advanced Client Classification ****ysts with respect to the goals and / or objectives of the projects
