Qualifications:

• Must possess good communication skills, especially for listening
• Must have good interpersonal skills to enable an easy flow with customers at all times
• Must be able to multi-task and manage time properly and effectively
• Must be able to adapt to different situations and individuals
• Ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks or assignments
• With or without experience
• High School graduate, College Undergraduate / Graduate, Vocational courses welcome to apply

Job Description:

• Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a courteous and well mannered way
• Build and maintain strong and profitable relationship with customers and potential customers
• Answer customers’ questions in a prompt and effective manner
• Assist customers to resolve their complaints, as well as assist them in getting desired services quickly
• Inform customers and potential customers of new or existing products that they may like to try out
