This high power DC Planetary Gear Motor SGM42-775 24V 90RPM is intended to run at 24V but can be driven with lower voltage up to 12V at the expense of power. To control the speed and direction of the motor you will need a motor driver, this particular model SGM42-775 will require a lot of current to operate, we recommend a high power motor driver such as VNH2SP30.

Note: Popular Motor driver such as L298, and TB6612FNG are not sufficient for this motor.
