HOME BASED ONLINE ENGLISH TEACHER

An online teaching company based in the Philippines is looking for Online Teachers who will be a part of a dynamic team with a passion to help everyone around the world to speak the English language with confidence and ease.

All home-based freelancers, part-timers, full-time mothers, retired individuals, fresh graduates and regular employees with extra time for teaching are welcome to apply. Experience in online teaching is good but not required. All first timers are encouraged to apply.

A.) ONLINE TEACHER
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for teaching the assigned students using the prescribed lesson plan.
2. Responsible for complying with the company standards of teaching and communicating with the students.
3. Performs skills assessment of students and monitors student progress relative to their individual course schedule.
4. Communicate effectively; boost morale, build rapport, provide encouragement and constructive feedback to students.
6. Participates in online company meetings.
7. Validates student attendance and adherence to schedules
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must at least be at College Level.
2. Must have at least 1.5 MBPS broadband internet connection.
3. Must have the passion for teaching and encouraging students to learn English.
4. Experience is an advantage but not a must.
5. Good command of both written and spoken English.
6. Must have the natural ability to interact, engage and converse with students. Must be people-oriented, polite and courteous.
7. Must be willing to work at home with minimal supervision.
8. Must have good work ethics and possesses a professional attitude.
