PART - TIME BTL TRAINING SPECIALIST

Our Company is urgently looking for Part-Time BTL Training Specialist for the following Areas:

• Cabuyao, Laguna
• San Fernando, Pampanga
• Calasiao, Pangasinan
• Cauayan, Isabela
• Cagayan De Oro
• Davao
• IloIlo
• Bacolod
• Cebu
• Tacloban

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Education/Teaching
/Training, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fluent in speaking his/her own dialect.
• Strong oral communication skills are required.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Experience in facilitating & conducting training is a plus.
• Must be based on the said areas.
• Must be willing to do field work / be assigned to client's office.
• Must be willing to work 6 Days per month.
• CAN START ASAP
• 10 Part-Time position(s) available.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Saturday

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Training Specialist conducts training and development programs tailor-fitted to the needs of the client. This includes, but is not limited to: training delivery, classroom facilitation, assessments, evaluation, monitoring and continuous improvement of training initiatives along with continuous client communications. Training Specialist is responsible
to train merchandisers and coordinators.
