Email or Chat Support saves customers from the frustration associated with making phone calls, figuring out which keys to press, and the long wait time just to speak with a representative. No wonder more and more companies are turning their backs from phone support and into this type of medium. However, superb customer service takes more than just using this technology. Non-voice representatives greatly contribute to the level of satisfaction felt by customers.

Requirements
- Strong reading comprehension and ****ytical skills
- Willing to work on holidays and weekends
- Preferably with writing experience
- Tech savvy (Email knowledge base is an advantage)

Here are basic requirements:
- at least 2 years College, or those still in college looking for part-time
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Computer savvy (can manage Gmail, spreadsheets, etc)
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Can start ASAP
- time conscious, and can work with less supervision
- good multi-tasking skills(shifting browsers and applications)
