Our brand new Building at 2496 Ramtrirom St., Sampaloc, Manila is now ready for occupancy this 2018. We have airconditioned and non- aircon solo rooms which are all brand new with own toilet and bath with shower, small pantry with kitchen sink, cupboard, cabinet, book shelf and bed. All rooms are exclusively for ladies only. Room rates range from P6,500.00/month to 10,000.00/month. These solo rooms are also good for two. Transient rates is as low as P700.00/day.
This new building (OLMC Building 2) is just a stone throw away (just about a minute walk) from the National University. It is also very near the following Universities:
University of the East,
Manila University;
Arrellano University;
Far Eastern University;
Centro Escolar University;
Mary Chiles College;
