After more than 3 years research, development, and field testing by many race teams, the Type D20 was released in 2003. The Type D20 has unprecedented 20 clutch discs. (compared with 16 discs for existing ATS LSDs and 8 or 12 discs for competitors.) The locking capability has been raised by 25 % in all speed ranges with increased durability. Providing the driver with smooth and super strong locking performance on the track, the Type D20 is the ultimate weapon for winning races.

The external case is same as the standard . By changing the internal discs, you can upgrade your ATS to Type D20.
