QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors/College degree Human Resource Management, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of work experience as English/Communications/Product Trainer is preferred.
• Experience in a BPO setting is a plus.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills are required.
• Good facilitation and presentation skills (classroom setup).
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City, National Capital Region.
• Willing to be assigned in different areas (company clients).
• URGENT POSITION can start ASAP.
DESCRIPTION:
The English/Communications Training Specialist conducts training and development programs on English proficiency. This includes, but is not limited to: training delivery, classroom facilitation, assessments, evaluation, module development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of training initiatives along with continuous client communications.
