Made in Ukraine, this wide angle fast multicoated lens mounts natively on Kiev 17, 19 & 20 SLR as well as Nikon (D)SLR cameras. With appropriate adapter it is used on multiple modern camera systems, including mirrorless systems: Sony NEX, Olympus Pen, Panasonic G, Canon EOS M, Nikon 1, FujiFilm X-mount etc.



Great wide fast general purpose lens.

Very well made, it is hefty - only metal and glass!

The aperture ring and focusing are rubberized for better grip.





The lens (sn 942857) is in very good condition!

Barrel has very few signs of use.

Glass is clean and clear, no fungus, no haze.
Some micro scratches from wiping and some internal dust particles are present but will not affect the photos.
Mechanics are very good: focusing is smooth, although not entirely uniform.

Aperture blades are snappy, clean of oil.





Focuses ridiculously close – like 10cm from the front of the lens, resulting in almost macro kind of images, with backgrounds rendered as soft washes of colours.
