HIRING HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST / HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (with experience in Construction)

The HR officer will help formulate, and then implement HR rules and regulations to comply with labor standard laws, maximize an employee’s output, and motivate personnel. The HR officer will also help recruit and select employees with the right knowledge, skills and experience, and maintain them through training. The HR officer will also administer employee records and compensation and deal with personnel grievances and discipline. As recruitment specialist, he or she will have to very skilled in recruiting techniques involving engineers, architects, office employees, and most importantly, construction workers such as masons, laborers, tile installers, carpenters, painters, and steelmen.

Requirements:
The HR officer must be a graduate of Psychology or related courses with at least two (2) years experience in Management of Human Resources. S/he must be knowledgeable on labor laws, best company practices; and have leadership, multi-tasking and decision-making skills. The HR officer must have the capability to work under minimal supervision, and to render overtime work. We are only accepting applicants with experience in recruitment and HR practices in construction companies.
