ALABANG APARTMENT FOR RENT

We have 3 unit apartments located in Ayala Alabang, Metro Manila at the most elegant and the only first class living and shopping area of its kind.
Each apartment is approximately 55 sq.m. in size and features one bedroom, one living room, kitchen and one big bathroom.
Our apartments are fully air conditioned and furnished with only the best and first class executive style furniture (included also is a movie theater, Radio and Flat TV at the wall). The sala set in the leaving room is made adjustable, so at night to convert into a comfortable queen size double bed to comfort your guests.
Each apartment has its own parking space inside the building and the use of the Vivant owned swimming pool located at the basement is included in the rent.
The place also features a 24-hour security and a security camera and monitor at each apartment (via your TV, you can see each visitor entering from the basement), so you can be sure that no unwarranted visitors can be able to enter the apartment.

Rental price per month excluding Vivant dues is P49,000 pesos / month. On long term rental i.e. min. of 6 months rental price is P45,000 pesos / month. In the rental price, the private indoor parking space is already included. A One Month Security Deposit is required which is refundable by the end of the rental period.
