Our house is integrated in the FIRST CLASS resort complex "Seascape" and the newly in 2010 built Crimson Spa and Resort in Mactan with world class standard and the finest amenities.
These amenities include: A huge club house, a seminar and function room, dining and music lounge, health and spa centre, badminton indoor courts, three swimming pools, a gym, four high-quality international restaurants, childrens club etc.
NOTE: The use of all the Crimson Resort Facilities is FREE for guests renting the house for a minimum of one month. The Gym fee is P100/day/person.
On Short Term Rental (i.e. one day or one week), the tenant must pay the entrance fee of P1800/person at the Crimson Resort to be able to use the Crimson Facilities like Swimming Pool, Beach, Gym etc. Cebu Beach House can arrange a Crimson pass for 500 peso per person/day. This Crimson pass can be used for beach facilities only (No swimming pool). Should you want to visit the Resort and Restaurants, no entrance fee is required for our Tenants. [No use of the pool, beach, gym etc.]
The rental price per day is USD 160 (P6, 880/day) for the whole house [3 rooms]. This price is good for 6 Adults and 6 children sharing the same Bed. To cook or bring your own food is okay as the houses have all facilities and a fully-equipped and functioning American style kitchen.
